Truth be told, I hadn't thought twice about this recipe until Olga -http://www.sassyradish.com/ - posted it on her website. Well, that and my husband brought home a jar of apple spice mustard that I knew would be perfect for this. I switched up the herbs to rosemary and thyme. This recipe is flawless. I bookmarked this recipe when you posted it, and I've been saving it for a chilly day when I didn't mind turning the oven on. Yesterday was the day! I used the Austrian tarragon mustard, and the dish was amazing, so simple, and sure to become a favorite in our household. Also, I made your potato salad, and it was to die for.
