love love LOVE how much you love this dish. Your enthusiasm is infectious! Corn is one of my most favourite foods and will DEFINITELY be putting everything down to try this recipe out!

Your writing was so full of enthusiasm and delight that I was inspired to buy some corn and make this tonight! It was divine...even my 4 year old (the ultimate food critic) approved! YUM!!

I'm intrigued enough to put frozen corn in my next shopping basket! Love the new photo, too, btw.

love this recipe. I used frozen white corn from Trader Joe's.
Easy and delicious. thank you!

This IS good -- our spearmint is still green, bizarre in n. Vermont. Otherwise I'll have to try it with dried peppermint or some other herbs. I've made it twice and sent the link to my kids. Thank you, Luisa!

I just saw this recipe this morning on Live with Regis and Kelly. Kelly actually cooked it in her home kitchen and it looked wonderful. When are we going to get smellavision? Best of luck on your move to Berlin and thanks for your great column!

So before you wrote about this, I'd bookmarked it as an OH HELL YES recipe, a must make for Thanksgiving. Once I saw your rave review, I got even more excited. I couldn't wait to make it.

Last night I put it on the table amidst all the other Thanksgiving dishes.

Let's just say that of all the dishes made? Only one didn't have any leftovers at all.

So. Good.

Trader Joe's has already roasted frozen corn. I didn't even boil the corn, I just threw it in a saucepan with a ton of butter and sprinkled mint in at the end. It was the HIT of the Thanksgiving dinner - thank you Luisa!

too beautiful!

Simply great!! I´ve never tried corn this way. Easy, delicious and new!! Thank you so much

Luisa, this was amazing. I couldn't stop myself nibbling away at the corn even before I served it.So easy and what an amazingly refreshing after taste. Definitely a keeper.

Served this on Thanksgiving - it was a big hit! This will be great alongside grilled chicken in the summer, too.

I made this dish and loved it.

Oh my goodness, this is so delicious. I had canned organic corn kernels so I used that. Oh my god, SO GOOD! I want to polish them all off before my husband gets home for dinner later. Thank you!

I love corn and I'm so happy to find yet another way to eat my favourite snack. I'm surely going to pack this for lunch to work. I can live on sweet corn!
